How lasting change happens

A pathway out of the cycle

We don't stop at the prison gate. Our model walks with each young person from their first workshop to a stable life in their community.

  • Skill. Hands-on vocational training in trades with real market demand.
  • Strengthen. Life-skills, peace education and mentorship that rebuild confidence.
  • Start. Start-up support to launch a small business and earn an honest income.
  • Sustain. Ongoing mentorship and community work that reduces stigma and prevents reoffending.
